– Other Terms & Conditions

  • Payment terms: 50% advance and 50% at the time of submitting final artworks.
  • The proposal (if provided ) is exclusive of taxes.
  • The proposal cannot bound wayout in any liability form delay in delivery due to frequent

changes in the client’s requirement, delay in requirements from client end or changes in the scope of work mentioned.

  • Revisions or alterations to the scope of work or schedule may obligate the client to additional fees.
  • Wayout shall not be held liable for any delays caused due to any event of this nature.
  • The proposed quantity may vary as per requirements.
  • The mention video clip (if any) will be image-based slide video without sound.
  • The medium of the deliverable will be e-mail only.
  • Wayout reserves the right to terminate the project or part of the project in case the client fails to reply within 3 days of sharing the files requesting the client’s feedback. In a situation like this, wayout will conclude the project as completed and the client will be liable to pay the entire project fees.
  • Any liability / Claims arises after use or publication of the provided artwork you or your company will be liable for this wayout will not carry any liability in the account of legal or any rightful issues.
  • You have to pay to WAYOUT for artworks provided ether design is Published/ Used or Not, WAYOUT doesn’t bear the guarantee client uses that design. Once Artwork Shared You have to pay for it.
  • The proposal cannot be bounded with any other agreement or non-disclosure agreement if the client fails to settle the project outstanding as per the committed timeline.
  • The scope of work will be assumed for 3 months and be completed in this period only.
  • Wayout assumes that the client has permission from the rightful sources to use any images or design elements provided by the client and will hold harmless, protect, and defend way out from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.
  • The use of images other than the stock held by wayout will be charged extra accordingly. The same will be informed to the client beforehand.
  • Once the project fees are paid in full to wayout, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to the client will be owned by the client, and the client is granted all usage and intellectual rights for the creative assets produced during the tenure.
  • Wayout retains the right to display the website, graphics, and other design elements as examples of work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.
  • Working days from Monday to Saturday excluding government and locally declared holidays.
  • This proposal shall be governed by the laws under Jaipur jurisdiction Only.
  • Any dispute will be raised against design or creative clients will be responsible for all.
